As you may know already, I was born in Mexico back in the 90’s a time full of wonder but also a time were growing up was full of scary stories to keep us kids from being outside to long, you know simple things moms would do!

Well it turns out this tale was far from an “Old Wives’ Tale”, although I never experienced it first hand, there is countless stories of the witches hour and the malignant, hence the inspiration for this poster.

There is a twist to the poster approach, as I made a connection with one of my favorite sports: soccer, which includes symbols of some of the most famous clubs in the Mexican League (Mason Jars). I guess the road to victory is not so easy after all!
