THE STUDIO BRAND EXPERIENCE:

Everything we have done, do, and will due for future reference, is strategically fabricated to the clients needs! With that now in the top of your head, it’s important for you to realize as the client (which I assume you have at least a slight idea) that every single, tiny, insignificant factor revolving around your brand matters!

Oh yeah! don’t worry to much about it, below I invite you to take a look at a game-plan that would help you more easier decipher where you stand in as a brand, and the path you need to take to achieve your marketable goals.

Your brand has been going “thight” for a while, pretty much since day one, but, there is something missing; You feel somehow stuck, in a routine, it bores you out to look back at your identity (don’t take me wrong- it’s because of that identity that you are here right now. However there is a lot of issues that together contribute to a bigger problem:

  • You waste your time creating assets that work with your brand but are limited in ideas.

  • HOW ‘BOUT A QUICK BRIEFING?

After you realize that you need it, you don’t hesitate on giving us a call. We officially make first contact (like many sci-fi movies ever), and hatch out a plan, an idea, a set of golden rules to which we can deliver, together, an exemplary image for your newest rebrand. So… “when you gonna call?”

Something caught your attention, you could of had gone anywhere else, but you didn’t… There is something or multiple initiatives that define us above else, and we want to take a guest at it, by playing a game that I like to call: “Yes, yes, all of the above” (wink at your screen if you got the reference, don’t worry ill know you’ll be doing):

LET’S TALK BALL: GAME PLAN

  • This is the first step of your “Three-part” homework: You are tired of how your brand performs, same old thing everyday… you need to REVAMP! But before any of that excitement, it’s important that you come prepared: Do some research, visualize what you want your brand to tell, what you want it to sell…. doing this prior to our initial contact can set us for success!

  • It doesn’t ,matter how, where (a bar or coffee shop preferred, haha), or when, what matters is that we make first contact as soon as you have the last task completed! Usually a discussion of an hour or so, this initial meeting allows to gain the first information regarding your rebrand… tell us what you are looking for and will allow us to be prepared with ideas that can help on the sketching of your rebrand.

  • In this meeting (usually in my studio, but I’ll appreciate it as well if you decide a more “convenient” location) we will go more into detail about what you are really looking for. We will develop an agenda on how things are going to go based on what you expect regarding our services, such as: main design, secondary design, and a few extras. All your cards will lay in the table, Ill be able to read your hand (like poker) easier than not having my daily coffee.

  • On this part of the rebrand we usually take care of your main image, what is going to be making the big bucks for you! Pretty much what your clients will first see and identify with when taking a look at your brand!

    It usually consist of your main logo, which is what you will use above else, wherever you go this will tell your story.

  • I really like to keep you up to date every step of the way! An update that usually comes after a big breakthrough like your Main logo rebrand. In this meeting which is not as long as our past encounters (depends, however you want too), we sit down and go over the initial approach to your main brand, I am a designer that likes to give you options, so automatically, there would be a few sketches variations apart from the main sketch! That way it makes it easier for you to find something that makes it back home.

  • We take everything discussed on our update meeting, and we make changes accordingly to what your newest approach is, or if it stayed the same (you get the picture). We go ahead and finalize details, make sure everything is popping, and ready to go for “Procedure #2”.

  • We put together a board, “literally, (online by the way)” that helps you visualize the exact live feed of where we are located at the moment to the very beginning, it’s a timeline of where your thoughts started and they literally became actions.

  • After knocking your main design (procedure 1) out of the ballpark, we continue with the following steps — which includes anything from a secondary logo, to graphics & assets that can help aid your way in any market: digital, print, social media, etc.

    Its the time to see all the amazing things that can derive following your main design rebrand; as an example: graphic icons, which serve purpose on many assets, they can be a social media asset- by using them on an Instagram pose? or they could also go a total separate way, like a sticker that can open the doors for merch, if that is to be the purpose of your brand of course. Whatever the case is, the possibilities are limitless.

  • This is a second meeting we have during the process, to discuss and go over everything we have done so far, now with a main design finalized, it’s the time to go over the different assets discussed in the last tab… We would have the opportunity to verify that your brand plays well ball, with your vision, and also add final edits to everything as needed!

  • Like the first mood board, this experience will help us expand the timeline even further, and now you will get a full picture of all the events and what turned out of them!

    But first I want you to remember that as the client you are/were crucial for that mood board to look the way it is! your ideas, concern, and input help us (at least me) develop something that’s not from thin air.

  • Simple, simple, simple: We protect your newly brand assets from copyright / plagiarism, but for your design and my artistic respect!- Don’t worry though, the watermark is a file where only you as the client and myself as the designer, can edit in and out.

  • Lastly but not least: you loved the experience , it was an amazing time we shared together, you got the most of what you wanted too, and I (fingers crossed) gained another client… Which, for future reference, would allow us in the future to fix minor misdemeanors, and hiccups, regarding your recent project (a treat from me to you, as an initial interaction deal), besides I am sure it would be the best time back together for future projects as well. In the meantime, share the word. I’ll be waiting!
